As part of this specialization, we:

♦ assist in resolving comprehensive legal issues during the preparation of applications for financing, including:

– preparing contracts,

– preparing documents in the administrative proceedings,

– preparing documents related to the tender procedures (European tenders and tenders based on Polish public procurement law),

– advising which solution in a given situation should be chosen to meet criteria required by Institutions and get the highest score,

♦ prepare remedies from project evaluations, including protests to the Intermediate or Management Institutions, according to the review procedures of the Operational Programs as far as complaints to the administrative courts,

♦ represent our Clients before the courts in pending cases.

We cooperate in specific cases and on the basis of an agreement on permanentcooperation.
